Rolling out the tender process across the Aan de Stegge group
I’m rolling out the tender process I built at Lithos across the construction companies in the Aan de Stegge group (ASVB).
The Lithos workflow is the blueprint. Each company keeps its own practices where needed, so the rollout standardizes the documentation and recurring work, adds tooling to reduce manual effort and errors, and aligns the companies on a shared workflow. Coaching teams through the change is the main effort, since adoption determines whether the process holds.
The result is a consistent tender process across all the group’s construction companies.
