The ask
Suitsupply, the Dutch menswear brand with stores worldwide, needed internal apps to track and improve employee performance across its retail operation.
What I did
- Built employee performance applications for the retail organization
- Worked with an international brand where the store experience is the product, so internal tools have to keep up with that standard
How it went
Delivered, on a short fuse: the turnaround from ask to live was one of the quickest I’ve done for a brand this size. Internal tooling for retail also taught me a rule I still apply: if the staff tool is slower than the customer, the customer wins and the data loses.
