Simplifying the tender process at Lithos

At Lithos I mapped the tender process and redesigned it to remove duplicated work. The original process had many manual steps, documents spread across multiple folders, and repeated effort on every bid.

Much of the work was identical across bids, so I standardized and automated the recurring steps and document handling. I aligned the new process with the stakeholders who contribute at different stages and documented it for consistent reuse.

The redesigned process has fewer steps and clearer status tracking, and the team spends less time reassembling documents. It later became the basis for a group-wide rollout across the Van de Stegge construction companies (ASVB).
