The ask
PHB needed an onderhoudsportaal: one place where maintenance requests, planning and the accompanying paperwork live, instead of scattered mailboxes and spreadsheets.
What I did
- Built the maintenance portal end-to-end: intake, tracking, planning
- Modeled the messy reality of construction maintenance workflows into software people actually use
How it went
Delivered, and it planted a seed. Construction’s administration problem kept pulling me back, eventually becoming a focus via Cohub and my own venture bouwtel.nl.
