The ask
Sony Ericsson needed corporate intranet capabilities for a global, multi-site organization, the kind of environment where every design decision has to work in three time zones and two corporate cultures at once.
What I did
- Built intranet functionality on the enterprise SharePoint platform
- Worked with international stakeholders on structure, governance and rollout
- Learned early what “enterprise-grade” actually means: compliance, localization, and politics as first-class requirements
How it went
Delivered. This was one of the engagements that made corporate environments home turf rather than hostile territory. A muscle I’ve used for every enterprise client since.
