Cohub’s mission: the administration-less construction company. Construction runs on paperwork (quotes, hours, invoices, compliance) and Cohub wanted software that makes it disappear.
What I did
- Technical team lead: architecture, delivery and the engineering team
- Modeled construction workflows into a product that removes admin instead of digitizing it
- Balanced startup speed with an industry that adopts carefully
How it went
Shipped and used. Construction became a recurring theme in my work. This project is part of why I’m building bouwtel.nl today.
